1General Terms & Conditions

Bet Site (betsite.click) is an internationally licensed online betting and casino platform. These terms and conditions govern the legal relationship between Bet Site and its members. Although this document is published in Bengali, it is operated in accordance with international gaming laws.

To use Bet Site's services, you must: (a) be 18 years of age or older; (b) operate the account in your own name; (c) use funds you have earned yourself; and (d) fully agree to these terms and conditions. Bet Site reserves the right to refuse service to any member at its sole discretion and at any time, particularly in cases of terms violations.

2Account Terms & Conditions

Each individual may open only one account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts using the same name, address, phone number, or payment method will result in all associated accounts being closed, and balances may be forfeited.

All information provided at registration – name, date of birth, phone number, and address – must be accurate and up to date. If an account is opened with false information, Bet Site may close it at any time and withhold any funds held in the account.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is a mandatory process at Bet Site. Before making your first withdrawal, you will need to submit your National ID (NID) and a selfie. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is complete.

• It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify support immediately.
• Placing bets or using an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• Only payment methods registered under the account holder's name are accepted – third-party payments are not permitted.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

The minimum deposit at Bet Site is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum daily withdrawal limit varies by VIP tier — standard members have a ৳50,000 limit, while Elite VIP members are subject to a custom limit.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Withdrawals will be on hold until KYC verification is complete. Bet Site does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

All deposited funds must be from a legitimate source. Bet Site reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction suspected of being linked to money laundering or other illicit activity, and is obligated to report such cases to the relevant authorities.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

Every bonus and promotion at Bet Site comes with its own specific terms. Whether it's a welcome bonus, cashback, free bet, or free spins, always read the terms on that bonus page before claiming.

The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements: You must wager a specified number of times before withdrawing bonus funds. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you need to place ৳10,000 in bets.
• Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry period – typically between 7 and 30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically removed once the expiry date passes.
• Maximum Bet Limit: There may be a maximum single bet limit when placing wagers using bonus balance.
• Excluded Games: Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering – such as specific slots or Live Casino tables.
• Fraudulent Claims: Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings.

VIP weekly cashback is available with no wagering requirements – making it distinct from other bonuses.

5Betting Rules

Every bet placed on Bet Site is final and cannot be changed. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, although a cashout option may be available in certain cases.

For Sports Betting:

• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the associated bet will generally be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• Bets confirmed before any odds change remain settled at the originally confirmed odds.
• Bet Site reserves the right to void any bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If one leg of a parlay bet is incorrect, the entire parlay may be recalculated.

For casino and slots games, each game has its own paytable and rules, which can be found on the game's information page. If a disconnection occurs during a game, the result of that round is saved on the server and can be viewed upon reconnecting.

Betting on match-fixing or any form of corrupt activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and the relevant authorities will be notified.

6Account Closure & Restrictions

Bet Site reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Operating multiple accounts or attempting bonus manipulation.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Participating in or facilitating any unlawful activity.
• Abusive behavior toward support staff.
• Attempting to hack an account or launch a cyberattack on the platform.

To close your account yourself, email support or let us know via live chat. Once Self-Exclusion is activated, the account cannot be reopened before the specified period ends.

Any real-money balance available at the time of account closure (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, subject to KYC verification.

7Responsible Gaming Policy

Bet Site believes gaming is for entertainment – not a source of income. To protect our members, we provide several tools that can be accessed at any time from your account settings:

• Deposit Limit: Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

Bet Site reserves the right to temporarily hold any funds related to an ongoing dispute.

10Terms & Conditions Update Policy

Bet Site reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continuing to use Bet Site after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the new terms, you have the option to close your account.
